Hi all, What a big night last night. I don’t think I’ve seen so many at the meeting.  Thanks to Allan for doing the formalities and Andrew for organising the peoples choice comp. Stuff to note We managed to distribute nearly all of the barrel beer. It tasted a fair bit different from the last time

Brewers Thanks for coming down to DTC for the May Club meeting last night. Things we talked about Sean gave us an excellent run down on mead and making mead. The presentation is on FB or here We received the results of the water analysis done by Hayden. Unfortunately Hayden couldn’t be at the meetings so if
