Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2021 guidelines:
1C - Cream Ale
18A - Blonde Ale
5B - Kolsch
24B - Belgian Pale Ale
12B - Australian Sparkling Ale
12A - British Golden Ale
25A - Belgian Blonde Ale
May - Iron Brewer (Mallokup)
Brew to the ANY style as per BJCP 2021 guidelines using Mallokup Ale Malt (5Kg) provided by Mallokup, distributed by the club. Brewers choose hops and yeast to style.
July - Belgian Ale
Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2021 guidelines:
25B - Saiason
24C - Biere de Garde
26B - Belgian Dubbel
26A - Belgian Single
26C - Belgian Tripel
25C - Belgian Golden Strong Ale
26D - Belgian Dark Strong Ale
November - Meads, Wines, Ciders
Brew to the following styles as per BJCP 2021 guidelines:
17D - English Barleywine
22C - American Barleywine
22D - Wheatwine
Meads - AABC 2023 Category 19
Cider & Perry - AABC 2023 Category 20
